THIS PAGE IS A WIP!

In my own hypothetical Pokémon game, for my own ease of writing, there'd be a ton of Technical Machines- as a rule, one for each move under 90 BP and over 50 BP (with some exceptions of status moves and moves under/over threshold that have already been featured as TMs in-game). TM selections in-game seem to follow this sort of theme (and are completely arbitrary in some cases aside), so this seemed like the best way to condense a great range of moves into a list.

For the sake of simplicity and ease of assigning numbers, it will be assumed that all Hidden Machines have been folded into Technical Machines.

TM007 Vice Grip 30 55 100 The target is gripped and squeezed from both sides to inflict damage.
TM008 Razor Wind 10 80 100 In this two-turn attack, blades of wind hit opposing Pokémon on the second turn. Critical hits land more easily.
TM009 Swords Dance 20 -- -- A frenetic dance to uplift the fighting spirit. This sharply raises the user's Attack stat.
TM010 Cut 30 50 95 A field move - The target is cut with a scythe or claw.
TM011 Whirlwind 20 -- -- The target is blown away, and a different Pokémon is dragged out. In the wild, this ends a battle against a single Pokémon.
TM012 Fly 15 90 95 The user soars and then strikes its target on the next turn.
TM013 Slam 20 80 75 The target is slammed with a long tail, vines, or the like to inflict damage.
TM014 Stomp 20 65 100 The target is stomped with a big foot. This may also make the target flinch.
TM015 Mega Kick 5 120 75 The target is attacked by a kick launched with muscle-packed power.
TM016 Jump Kick 10 100 95 The user jumps up high, then strikes with a kick. If the kick misses, the user hurts itself.
TM017 Rolling Kick 15 60 85 The user lashes out with a quick, spinning kick. This may also make the target flinch.
TM018 Headbutt 15 70 100 A field move - The user sticks out its head and attacks by charging straight into the target. This may also make the target flinch.
TM019 Horn Attack 25 65 100 The target is jabbed with a sharply pointed horn to inflict damage.
TM020 Horn Drill 5 1 30 The user stabs the target with a horn that rotates like a drill. The target faints instantly if this attack hits.
TM021 Body Slam 15 85 100 The user drops onto the target with its full body weight. This may also leave the target with paralysis.
TM022 Take Down 20 90 85 A reckless, full-body charge attack for slamming into the target. This also damages the user a little.
TM023 Double-Edge 15 120 100 A reckless, life-risking tackle. This also damages the user quite a lot.
TM024 Pin Missile 20 25 95 Sharp spikes are shot at the target in rapid succession. They hit two to five times in a row.
TM025 Bite 25 60 100 The target is bitten with viciously sharp fangs. This may also make the target flinch.
TM026 Roar 20 -- -- The target is scared off, and a different Pokémon is dragged out. In the wild, this ends a battle against a single Pokémon.
TM027 Sing 15 -- 55 A soothing lullaby is sung in a calming voice that puts the target into a deep slumber.
TM028 Supersonic 20 -- 55 The user generates odd sound waves from its body that confuse the target.
TM029 Disable 20 -- 100 For four turns, this move prevents the target from using the move it last used.
TM030 Flamethrower 15 90 100 The target is scorched with an intense blast of fire. This may also leave the target with a burn.
TM031 Water Gun 25 40 100 The target is blasted with a forceful shot of water.
TM032 Hydro Pump 5 110 80 The target is blasted by a huge volume of water launched under great pressure.
TM033 Surf 15 90 100 A field move - The user attacks everything around it by swamping its surroundings with a giant wave.
TM034 Ice Beam 10 90 100 The target is struck with an icy-cold beam of energy. This may also leave the target frozen.
TM035 Blizzard 5 110 70 A howling blizzard is summoned to strike opposing Pokémon. This may also leave the opposing Pokémon frozen.
TM036 Psybeam 20 65 100 The target is attacked with a peculiar ray. This may also leave the target confused.
TM037 Bubble Beam 20 65 100 A spray of bubbles is forcefully ejected at the target. This may also lower its Speed stat.
TM038 Aurora Beam 20 65 100 The target is hit with a rainbow-colored beam. This may also lower the target's Attack stat.
TM039 Hyper Beam 5 150 90 The target is attacked with a powerful beam. The user can't move on the next turn.
TM040 Drill Peck 20 80 100 A corkscrewing attack with a sharp beak acting as a drill.
TM041 Submission 20 80 80 The user grabs the target and recklessly dives for the ground. This also damages the user a little.
TM042 Strength 15 80 100 A field move - The target is slugged with a punch thrown at maximum power.
TM043 Mega Drain 15 40 100 A nutrient-draining attack. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target.
TM044 Razor Leaf 25 55 95 Sharp-edged leaves are launched to slash at the opposing Pokémon. Critical hits land more easily.
TM045 Solar Beam 10 120 100 In this two-turn attack, the user gathers light, then blasts a bundled beam on the next turn
TM046 Dragon Rage 10 -- 100 This attack hits the target with a shock wave of pure rage. This attack always inflicts 40 HP damage.
TM047 Fire Spin 15 35 85 The target becomes trapped within a fierce vortex of fire that rages for four to five turns.
TM048 Thunderbolt 15 90 100 A strong electric blast crashes down on the target. This may also leave the target with paralysis.
TM049 Thunder Wave 20 -- 90 The user launches a weak jolt of electricity that paralyzes the target.
TM050 Thunder 10 110 70 A wicked thunderbolt is dropped on the target to inflict damage. This may also leave the target with paralysis.
TM051 Rock Throw 15 50 90 The user picks up and throws a small rock at the target to attack.
TM052 Earthquake 10 100 100 The user sets off an earthquake that strikes every Pokémon around it.
TM053 Fissure 5 1 30 The user opens up a fissure in the ground and drops the target in. The target faints instantly if this attack hits.
TM054 Dig 10 80 100 A field move - The user burrows, then attacks on the next turn.
TM055 Toxic 10 -- 90 A move that leaves the target badly poisoned. Its poison damage worsens every turn.
